B S G And Associates was established in the year 1989. We believe "Change is the only Constant Thing in the word." so as the Chartered Accountancy profession, we keep ourself continuously updated be it Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Audit and Assurance, Management Consultancy, Finance etc.

B S G And Associates is a professionally managed firm. The team consists of distinguished chartered accountants, students pursuing Chartered Accountancy course, professional staffs and other team members having updated and relevant knowledge. B S G And Associates has come a long way since last 35 years and will keep continuing for many more years to come.

Journey of B S G start from the year 1989. It was founded by CA Gajanan Kondhare and CA Sunieel Karbhari as Kondhare Karbhari & Associates, it continued to grow under their leadership. In the year 2010 our firm got merged with Agalme Suryawanshi & Associates w.r.f.2007. In the year 2013 our firm name was change to SGPRS and Associates considering the need of hour. And in the year 2019 SGPRS becomes B S G And Associates with continuing service since 1989.

B S G has worked in various fields, such as Auditing, consulting in tax matters of Large Banks Nationalized and Co-operatives, Sugar Factories, India's leading Trusts, Large unlisted and listed Corporates etc.
